Frequently asked questions
The Recare Agent supports all professional groups involved in documentation, data extraction, or patient transitions in daily clinical work. The scope of functions is continuously expanded.
The agent has access to all case data recorded in Recare and can create summaries, search for facilities, and prepare documents on that basis. Each action must be approved by social services before it is executed.
The Recare Agent does not act autonomously. Every action — from contacting a post-acute care provider to sending a document — is presented to the user for approval. For relevant status changes, such as confirmation of a rehab placement, social services also receive a notification.
Prof. Valmed is an MDR-certified system for supporting clinical decision-making. If social services or a physician asks the Recare Agent a medical question, it forwards the query to Prof. Valmed upon approval. The answer is provided in the context of the available patient data.
