At Recare, we build AI that gives healthcare professionals their time back.
Your work helps hospital and care teams focus on what matters most: patients.
This shapes how we build, make decisions, and work together every day.
We work on real challenges in healthcare. What we build simplifies the daily work of people in clinics and care facilities and improves patient care.
Decisions happen where the work happens. The same people stay responsible from idea to rollout and shape what gets built.
AI is not a feature, it’s how we build and work. It helps us handle complexity and focus on what matters.
Growth is part of the job. We grow through feedback, responsibility, and the work we do every day.
Care shows in how we treat each other and how we approach our work. We consider the impact on users, partners, and teammates in how we work every day.
Behind these numbers is the work, the people, and the responsibility that come with building in healthcare.

We trust people to manage their work and take breaks when needed. What matters is staying focused and moving things forward.
