Everything you need to know about joining Recare

What is the best way to submit my application?

Please submit your application via our website, as this is the best way to ensure it reaches the right place.
The questions in the application form also help us build a complete picture of your profile and experience.

Are the interviews held on-site or digitally?

Most interviews are usually conducted digitally. Only in a few individual cases is there an in-person meeting at the end of the process. This allows us to keep the application process as flexible and efficient as possible for everyone involved.

I received an application confirmation email in English, but my CV is in German. Will my application still be considered?

Yes. You can submit your application documents in either German or English. English is only required if the job posting is in English. Since our team is very international, English is our main working language across the company.

If I know someone at Recare, can they refer me?

Yes. If you know someone at Recare, you can mention their name in the application form under the question “How did you become aware of the job advertisement?”.
